KSETLIVE aims to publish clear, accurate, and useful information. If a material mistake is brought to our attention, we review it and make an appropriate correction when the available evidence supports a change.
What we may correct
Examples include incorrect product specifications, broken or misleading references, outdated details presented as current, factual inaccuracies, and errors that could affect a reader’s decision. Prices, stock, merchant terms, and product details can change quickly and should be verified with the original provider.
How we review corrections
We examine the concern against relevant source material, distinguish a factual error from a difference of opinion, and update, clarify, or remove information when warranted. Substantial updates may be noted in the article as appropriate. An updated publication date does not by itself mean every fact has been independently reverified.
How to report an issue
Use our Contact Us page. Please include the article title or URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, and a reliable source or explanation supporting the correction. We cannot promise a specific response time, but relevant reports help improve the site.
